Quotes

Every quote is based on the file and details you send us.

Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Once you confirm, the price is fixed. If you change the file, material, colour or quantity, we’ll send a new quote.

Payment

We accept PayNow.

Orders are paid in full before printing starts.

Lead times

Most orders are ready in 2–4 working days after payment. Large orders take longer, and we’ll give you a date with your quote. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Rush jobs cost 30% extra and move to the front of the queue.

Your files and designs

You confirm that you own the design or have permission to have it printed, including for any items you plan to sell.

We don’t print guns, gun parts or other weapons, copyrighted characters or logos for resale without permission, or anything illegal in Singapore. We may refuse any order.

We never share or sell your files.

What to expect from 3D prints

Fine layer lines are normal for this kind of printing. Choose sanding & primer for a smoother finish.

Sizes are accurate to about ±0.2 mm. Tell us if a part must fit something exactly.

Colours can vary slightly between filament batches.

Prints are not certified food-safe, medical-grade or rated for safety-critical loads unless we agree this in writing.

Problems and reprints

Please check your order within 7 days of collection or delivery. If something is wrong because of our printing — such as missing layers, cracks, broken pieces on arrival, or the wrong material or colour — we’ll reprint it for free or give you a refund.

This doesn’t cover problems that come from the design in your file, normal wear, or misuse. Your rights under Singapore consumer law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, are not affected.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund before printing starts. Once printing has started, we may keep part of your payment to cover the filament and printer time already used.

Collection and delivery

Self-collection is free, and we’ll send you the address when your order is ready. Delivery by Lalamove or Grab is charged at cost. Please collect within 30 days, or let us know if you need more time.

Our liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
